Duties encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:Facilitate and establish project baseline plansSupport project progression through phased gatesMaintain project baselines through established change control processAdminister, monitor, and update project progress and statusManage project activities in P6, integrating vendor activities as requiredPerform oversight of vendor scheduling practicesMaintain cost information in EcoSysFacilitate accurate monthly forecastingConfigure and maintain control accounts in OPG source systemsPrepare various routine and non-routine reports, leveraging Excel, Microsoft Bl and other toolsPerform stakeholder management to ensure sound project controls principles, processes and procedures are upheldEmploy Earned Value Management principles in project tracking and reportingSupport establishment and changes to contracts and progress tracking/reportingQualificationsBachelors degree.
