Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief People Officer (CPO). The CPO will lead the organizations human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys mission and culture. Responsibilities include overseeing talent management, succession planning, employee relations, HR policy development, performance management systems, and fostering employee engagement. The Chief People Officer will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and work to promote an inclusive and productive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Succession Planning and Performance Management to identify and nurture leadership talent.Expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.Experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies according to industry standards.Strong background in Employee Engagement initiatives that enhance morale and productivity.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work strategically and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.Experience in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry is a plus.
