Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief People Officer (CPO). The CPO will lead the organizations human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys mission and culture. Responsibilities include overseeing talent management, succession planning, employee relations, HR policy development, performance management systems, and fostering employee engagement. The Chief People Officer will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and work to promote an inclusive and productive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and best practices.
