Drive quality care as the Physician Co-Lead at Regina UCC1, supporting a collaborative, interdisciplinary health team. As the Physician Co-Lead, you will report to the Deputy Chief Medical Officer and promote a clear vision for the UCC1. Your role involves working with UCC Operations to ensure optimal emergency medicine staffing, directing medical treatment activities, and implementing clinical protocols. You will also lead shift scheduling and engage with stakeholders for operational effectiveness.
