General Purpose Alumni Affairs & Development (AA&D) maximizes philanthropic support for the University of Guelphs mission by building deep, sustained relationships with donors, alumni, and friends. The Advancement Marketing & Digital Communications Officer supports the launch of the Universitys first fundraising campaign since 2014, aiming to raise $75M annually by 2030 and deepen donor relationships. Duties and Responsibilities The Officer is an integral member of the Digital Experience team, responsible for managing the overall email engagement calendar, supporting fundraising and engagement goals, and collaborating across the department. The Officer leads the endtoend email programplanning, executing, and optimizing email marketing initiativesleveraging data and analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement. The role also involves working with platforms such as Acoustic Connect, Drupal CMS, and Adobe Premiere to deliver onbrand, resultsfocused email communications.
