What Youll Do As the Practice Lead, youll be hands-on with clients, leading assurance and tax engagements, guiding your team, and collaborating closely with partners. Youll manage your own client portfolio, build strong relationships, and play a key role in the firms continued growth and success. Heres what that looks like: Lead and oversee assurance, compilation, and/ or tax engagements from planning to completion. Review financial statements and tax filings prepared by your team, ensuring quality and accuracy. Mentor and support staff accountants and technicianshelping them grow while keeping engagements on track. Deliver thoughtful, timely, and approachable client service (and make it look effortless). Stay ahead of evolving accounting and tax standards and share your knowledge with the team. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun workplace where excellence and enjoyment coexist. What You Bring CPA designation with at least 4+ years of post-designation experience. Experience in public practiceyou know the client-driven environment and thrive in it. Strong technical skills in accounting and tax; familiarity with software such as CaseWare, QuickBooks, TaxPrep, and Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skillsyou know how to lead projects and people. A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
