This is an important B2B marketing role and so the ideal candidate must be a proven B2B marketer. B2B Growth Mindset : Able to help SimplyAsk.ai and Symphona cut through the clutter with clearer positioning, stronger content, and more effective demand generation Responsibilities: B2B Growth Marketing Create, launch, manage, and analyze paid media campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn, Google) Run digital campaigns including landing page creation, testing and tracking Support webinar planning and execution, including setup, promotion, etc. Support conference and event execution, including pre-event planning, onsite materials, logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up Track performance weekly and recommend changes based on results Thought Leadership & B2B Content Marketing Manage website content updates and maintain the editorial calendar Create LinkedIn content for the corporate account and support content for executive profiles Create compelling B2B content including blog posts, newsletters, sales collateral, case studies, one-pagers, PR release and executive content and award submissions Drive better website ranking by improving on-page SEO Brand Awareness & B2B Community Engagement Drive awareness via B2B communities and platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, industry forums, listservs, and associations Ensure company participation at relevant industry events, meet-ups to connect with target buyers and industry audiences Sales Enablement Help ensure marketing content and sales materials reflect current messaging, target markets, and buyer needs Support proposal, RFP, and follow-up content as needed Required Experience 35 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, technology, or IT Strong B2B writing and editing skills ( portfolio / samples required ) HubSpot Pro experience: lists, workflows, lifecycle/source fields, dashboards, UTM conventions, lead routing, and reporting Website / CMS experience and strong understanding of on-page SEO Ability to create, QA, and maintain web pages and landing pages Canva and Figma proficiency for creating and collaborating on marketing collateral Experience creating content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and other B2B channels Experience managing paid media campaigns, especially LinkedIn and Google AI fluency: comfortable using AI tools to automate work, support research, writing, campaign execution, testing, and improve day-to-day productivity Skills Strong B2B messaging and content skills across web, LinkedIn, newsletters, sales collateral, and executive content Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Strong initiative, ownership, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to review results and recommend changes based on performance Comfortable running experiments, learning from results, and adjusting quickly Software: Proficiency in HubSpot Pro, Canva, Figma, Linkedin, Google Ads About SimplyAsk.ai: SimplyAsk.ai is a Canadian software company founded in 2021 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
