With a provincial headquarters and training centre in Regina, SJA operates across Saskatchewan with additional facilities in Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, Lloydminster, Prince Albert and Yorkton. As Saskatchewans leader in volunteerism, we are seeking a dynamic and communityminded professional to join our team as our Provincial Community Services Coordinator. The CSC will work under the leadership of the Director of Community Services and will support our volunteer programs including Medical First Responders, Therapy Dog teams, and our Emergency Response Units. These programs include over 400 volunteers who serve in communities across Saskatchewan. More specifically, the role involves: Event Coordination & Administration. Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding. Volunteer Support & Engagement. Program & Site Coordination. Data Entry & Record Management. Equipment & Resource Oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing volunteer programs and has demonstrated a commitment to community service. They will be proactive, selfmotivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. They will excel at time and priority management. A diploma or degree in a related discipline would be an asset. This is a fulltime (37.5 hours) inoffice position based in the Regina provincial headquarters. Some evening and weekend will be required to support volunteer activities. Occasional travel across the province is required.
