Your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for overseeing all bookkeeping and accounting duties, ensuring seamless financial operations, and contributing to the companys long-term financial health.Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reportingManage EFT receipts, bank deposits, credit terms, and collectionsHandle customer invoicing, credit memos, and account reconciliationsEnsure accurate entry of invoices, payment processing, and supplier reconciliationsOversee payroll functions, including ROEs, expenses, commissions, and T4 preparationDevelop and manage annual budgets and cash flow projectionsMaintain strong banking relationships, manage credit, and mitigate financial riskImplement and maintain internal financial controls and compliance measuresProvide strategic financial guidance to support business growthPrepare year-end reporting and coordinate tax filings with external accountantsWhat You BringCPA, CGA designation combined with post-secondary certification in accountingMinimum 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in construction or project-based environmentsStrong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, resolve reconciliation issues, and set financial goalsExcellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindsetThis role offers a competitive base salary between $80,000 $105,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.If youre looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a companys financial operations in a thriving, people-focused organization, wed love to hear from you!RemunerationThis role offers a competitive base salary between $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
