The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within IT and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Your AssignmentOversee all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and execution of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as neededProject Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones, using KPIs and reporting tools to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.Your QualificationsAt least 5 years of proven experience in a client-facing Project Manager role, preferably in cloud consulting or related servicesManaged technical projects that consist of 5 or more people and over $500,000 budgetAbility to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realizationExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects and ensure they are executed with excellenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical levelPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplinesExperience working in a client-facing environmentExperience working in consulting or professional servicesEquitable Life - Hybrid Plan100% Premium Coverage for the employee and dependentsLong-Term DisabilityUnlimited VacationsPaid HolidaysPaid for exams and certificationsPeer bonus awardsState of the art laptop and toolsEquipment & Office StipendAnnual stipend for Learning and DevelopmentWork with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate cultureThis role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $131,520 - CAD $157,824 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives.
