Job Description The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), in partnership with the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine, is seeking a team-oriented and collegial Urologist to join the Division of Urology in Regina, Saskatchewan. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and collaborative surgical team providing comprehensive urologic care to patients throughout southern Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will join an established group of specialists providing a full range of urologic services including outpatient consultations, surgical care, inpatient management, and on-call coverage. Clinical services are primarily based at the Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital, which together provide a wide range of tertiary and community-based surgical services. Fellowship training in Oncology and Robotics would be an asset. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urologic assessment, diagnosis, and management for adult patients. Perform a full range of urologic surgical procedures. Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up care. Participate in shared on-call coverage within the Division of Urology. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to ensure high quality patient care. Recruitment Incentives Qualified candidates may be eligible for a recruitment incentive of up to $200,000. This incentive is typically paid over a five-year period and is subject to a return-for-service agreement within the Regina area. The incentive is designed to support the recruitment and retention of surgical specialists providing essential services to the Regina and southern Saskatchewan population. Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS). Fellowship in Urology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent). Eligible for appointment with the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health care team.
