Production Supervisor St. Albert, Alberta, Canada We are seeking a highly strategic Production Supervisor for our brand-new manufacturing plant in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. This role is for an existing 24/7, 12hour shift operation. Your primary focus will be leading and motivating a team to achieve goals in safety, quality, service, cost, and production. Location St. Albert, AB, CAN Shift Dayshift 232 rotating schedule, 12hour shifts, 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM Responsibilities Lead your team to success, serving as a handson, frontline leader who coaches, mentors, and motivates staff. Set performance targets and ensure daily accomplishment for safety, quality, service, cost, and production. Apply problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and resolve production issues across all shifts. Collaborate with crossshift supervisors and employees to maintain a consistent high level of production while minimizing waste and scrap. Qualifications At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience with direct reports. Minimum 3+ years of production experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in plastics manufacturing and extrusion. Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills and ability to deliver information professionally. Resultsoriented and multitasker who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Solid understanding of production metrics and customer impact on business outcomes. Desired Skills & Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ERP/SAP experience. Daily Gemba walks, safety audits, and quality checks. Extrusion experience. Compensation Starting at $40.00 per hour. Compensation may include short and longterm incentive programs.
