Join as a Program Officer and lead the way in cultivating relationships that empower local communities and Child and Youth Workers alike. This position enables you to focus on capacity building and program planning that aligns with the unique needs of First Nations, Inuit, and Mtis communities. Develop impactful play experiences that not only address local challenges but also enhance youth leadership and self-confidence. Your role will involve close collaboration with community leaders and stakeholders to ensure culturally appropriate programming. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders Guide the planning and execution of play-based projects Provide coaching through community visits and meetings Organize professional development workshops for staff Handle administrative compliance and reporting tasks Requirements: Relevant degree in social sciences, education, or similar Experience designing and implementing educational programs Knowledge of Indigenous cultural contexts Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Utilize your skills to make a lasting difference in Indigenous communities, empowering youth through play and supportive initiatives designed for their aspirations and strengths. #J-18808-Ljbffr
