Responsibilities Research and capture a content creator's personality, mood, content, community and other defining features into a 2D collectible Quickly create initial concepts and effectively incorporate feedback into following iterations Interpret your 2D concept into turnarounds to prepare for 3D modeling Assist our 3D modelers by making supplemental 2D assets Meet design deadlines Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in concept art/drawing/sketching Strong experience using Photoshop, Illustrator or Procreate Effective communication skills Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and problem solve Strong understanding of art fundamentals: colour theory, perspective and proportions Visual development best-practices: roughs, silhouettes, lineups. Excellent visual eye and attention to detail Bonus Points Experience with 3D Programs such as Maya and Z-Brush Experience with traditional art such as painting or sculpting Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation or a related discipline PORTFOLIOS USING AI WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED The Pay Range For This Role Is 50,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Vancouver, Canada) 50,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Toronto, Canada) 50,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Montreal, Canada) 50,000 - 70,000 CAD per year (Calgary, Canada) #J-18808-Ljbffr
