About the Role As a valued member of the Business Process Management (BPM) team reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis for Employment & Talent Applications, you will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate their business needs into system solutions that achieve desired outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities Engage project teams, understand client needs and capture business decisions and requirements in a detailed manner. Analyze business processes to identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop a solid understanding of the Oracle delivered business processes as part of the Hire to Retire lifecycle within Oracle Fusion HCM. Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements. Participate in refining system solutions and demonstrate system functions/features to business. Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing. Participate in testing activities such as test case creation, test execution, and issue resolution. Support crossfunctional programs and projects that may include IT, Dashboards and Reporting, Payroll, Finance, Project Accounting, and other areas as required. Follow BPM practices and guidelines. Work with colleagues to improve those practices and guidelines. Assist with daytoday operational issues. Adhere to Stantec policies and practices. Your Capabilities and Credentials Required Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and selfdirected Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and multitask priorities as needed Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment Able to work in a decentralized business model across multiple countries and time zones Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting etc. or similar ERP applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, UKG Preferred Experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization Experience with documentation and work tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite. Experience building test cases and performing testing with tools such as QTest Experience with agile development practices Education and additional Experience Postsecondary degree, ideally related to Business or Management Information Systems Minimum 3 years of related experience Pay Transparency In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for parttime roles will be prorated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
