Business Analyst Technology & Service DeliveryWe are seeking a versatile Business Analyst to provide consulting and operational project leadership for technologyenabled services. The role ensures that systems and processes meet policy, user, privacy, and audit needs by identifying requirements, proposing alternatives, planning resources, and implementing effective business processes.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process DesignCoordinate and conduct activities to support operational requirements and initiativesProvide business information expertise and support to internal teamsEnsure impacted users understand new or changed processes by conducting reviews and walkthroughsRecommend approaches that achieve business objectives and data integrity, including validation rules and reconciliationsFacilitate workshops to define business requirements and edge casesTranslate business requirements into detailed specifications and acceptance criteriaAnalytical & Business SupportConduct data, statistical, and operational analysis to assess risks and opportunitiesDevelop and evaluate business cases and policy optionsLead working groups for program and system enhancementsDesign and document procedures and job aids for staff and providersDefine user security/access needs and coordinate rolebased access designDesign operational reports and information management workflowsProject ManagementWork closely with product owners and technology teams to support initiativesProvide input on schedules, strategies, and resource needs; monitor work plansDevelop and manage risk assessments and mitigation plansParticipate in and monitor test activities to ensure system functions meet business requirementsCreate test strategies, plans, and scripts; conduct functional, integration, and regression testingCoordinate user acceptance testing, recruit participants, and manage defect resolutionIdentify change requests and complete documentation for governanceManage transition and stabilization issues during implementationPlanning & FeasibilityProvide business analysis services for planning, feasibility, requirements, and process modelingIdentify and design solutions to simplify, improve, or automate operations while preserving auditability and privacyReview and evaluate system deliverables from a user perspectiveChange Management & TrainingCoordinate communications plans across multiple releases and stakeholder groupsDesign and facilitate change management activities to prepare users for new processesDevelop training strategies, plans, and materials; deliver training sessions as neededDevelop quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and complianceQualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following:University graduation in business, management, or related discipline and 2 years of data architecture experience; ORTwoyear diploma in business, management, or related discipline and 4 years of data architecture experience; OROneyear certificate in business, management, or related discipline and 5 years of data architecture experience; ORSix years of data architecture experienceExperience RequirementsBusiness requirement analysis, solution architecture, and deployment related to data analysis, data visualization, and data modeling (2 years)Advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (2 years)Experience with Power BI, SQL Reporting, and analytical services (1 year)Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders (2 years)Identifying and documenting business requirements, interpreting needs, and proposing improvements (3 years)Planning and conducting requirements workshops with stakeholders (2 years)Conducting and interpreting impact and risk assessments (1 year)Building positive stakeholder relationships including executive level (2 years)Planning and performing user acceptance testing (1 year)Experience with BI tools such as Excel PowerPivot, Cognos Cubes, and Power BI (1 year)Experience working in the public sector (2 years)Handson data exploration and troubleshooting using complex queries; working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (2 years)Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling (2 years)Experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist with expertise in userfacing apps (2 years)Documenting workflows and use cases (2 years) #J-18808-Ljbffr
