Please read the entire role description Action steps below Were a fast-growing chiropractic marketing company looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our team to: Create, Analyze, and Optimize Facebook ads based off of assigned KPIs Set up pixels, CAPI, and tracking Tweak funnels in GoHighLevel WHAT WE OFFER PAY: ~$4000 - $5000/month USD depending on skill level, learn our systems, and grow into a full-time media buyer with performance-based bonuses. RESPONSIBILITIES You must be experienced in running Meta Ads and generating high quality leads interested in booking appointments with the chiropractors we work with. With the help of a Junior Media Buyer to assist you with onboarding, you will create and run the ads for our partners, managing Facebook and GHL as your main software of expertise. Your number one goal will be to make sure our ad system is functioning as efficiently and profitably as possible, specifically hitting our Cost Per Booking KPIs. This will consist of day to day responsibilities such as: Youll be in the trenches of real Facebook ad accounts learning to analyze, optimize, and implement across multiple campaigns with direct mentorship from a Senior Buyer. Implementing and managing ads inside Facebook Ads Manager following established SOPs Tracking and Analyzing Ad Tests to improve performance Working within GoHighLevel (GHL) to adjust funnels, landing pages, and automations Setting up and maintaining tracking, attribution, and data accuracy (Pixels, CAPI, etc.) Ideating & Producing Creatives based on data to improve results Youll start by shadowing live optimizations, learning the why behind every datadriven decision then gradually earn autonomy as you prove competence and judgment. IDEAL SKILLS Experience & Skills: Create, Analyze, and Optimize Facebook ads based off of assigned KPIs Implementing and Managing ads inside Facebook Ads Manager following established SOPs GHL Experience & Skills including: Adjusting Automations Facebook Attribution Technical Setup (including Pixel / CAPI) & Troubleshooting Slack Experience & Communication Clickup Experience & Communication Personal Qualities: Selfstarter with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment. Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms. Experience Producing Creatives (Statics/Video, ideally both) You excel in creativity and problem solving A strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs. Analytical & curious: You love finding patterns in data and reverseengineering whats working. Processoriented: You follow systems precisely but also look for ways to make them tighter. Coachable: You take feedback fast and apply it immediately. Calm under pressure: When performance drops, you troubleshoot with logic not panic. POSITION DETAILS Type: Fulltime remote opportunity (40 hours/week) Work hours are very flexible Standard is: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Central Time with a 1 hour break.
