About the Role As an HRIS Specialist at Vosyn, you will be at the forefront of optimizing and managing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support organizational efficiency and decisionmaking. This role requires a detailoriented professional who can analyze data, maintain system accuracy, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality. You will play a vital role in ensuring HR systems align with organizational goals, delivering datadriven insights, and streamlining processes to create a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize HRIS to ensure data accuracy and system functionality. Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements. Manage system updates, configurations, and integrations with other platforms. Generate regular and adhoc reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Provide training and support to employees and HR teams on system usage. About You Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Masters program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters program enrollment or completion is mandatory. Passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive employee experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS), with familiarity in managing employee data and reporting. Enthusiastic about contributing to a fastpaced, innovative environment like Vosyn.
