The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 $65,000 CAD. Salary is based on relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT but embedded within eBay. We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Campaign Manager to join our team. This role sits at the critical intersection of data, customer experience, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep analytical skills and a passion for turning data into clear, actionable marketing strategies that improve customer health and drive measurable business results. WHAT YOULL DO: Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation Analyze customer performance metrics, engagement health, and customer health indicators (e.g., list health, audience segments, category performance cuts) to identify trends, risks, and untapped opportunities for growth and retention. Translate data and insights into clear, digestible, and actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Conduct opportunity sizing and hypothesis building for new initiatives and campaigns. Develop KPI definitions and A/B test designs to measure the effectiveness of all customer-facing initiatives. Campaign Execution & Customer Experience Demonstrate a strong customercentric mindset, acting as the voice of the customer to understand and represent their needs and pain points. Own and execute campaigns, from ideation and requirement gathering to performance assessment. Develop clear, concise, and actionable requirements, AI prompts, and creative briefs. Manage intake of partner requests, coordinate dependencies and communicate clearly and productively with partner teams and stakeholders. Communication & Influence Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, using data visualization and storytelling to influence outcomes. Present to and influence stakeholders with compelling datadriven arguments. WHAT YOU BRING: 3-5 years of experience in marketing and / or consulting, focused on CRM / multichannel communications , customer strategy, or performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform quantitative analysis, and derive meaningful insights (analytical + critical thinker; includes both math skills and ability to draw insights from data). Deep expertise in CRM platforms and customer lifecycle strategy. Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders. Demonstrated customercentric mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences. Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution. Selfmotivated with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
