The primary responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing equipment maintenance, managing preventive maintenance programs, and leading routine maintenance and repair activities. The position also involves supervising the maintenance team, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and reliably. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and support production goals.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, with an emphasis on team leadership and resource allocationProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & RepairExperience in implementing and managing Preventive Maintenance programsCompetence in Maintenance Management and maintaining operational efficiencyTechnical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systemsProblem-solving and decision-making skills under time constraintsPost-secondary education in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field is an assetHigh-voltage experience, Certified Electrician or MillwrightExperience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a mustStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaborativelyMust be located in Canada and have valid work documentation
