Lead the safety efforts within our trucking fleet as a Safety and Compliance Specialist. Your role will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting driver safety performance. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with drivers and management to uphold safety standards and foster a culture of safety. Daily responsibilities include monitoring logs, incident reporting, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Key Responsibilities: Track driver Hours of Service daily Monitor real-time truck speeds through tracking systems Administer and manage drug testing processes Conduct reviews for all driver qualification documents Facilitate monthly safety meetings and training sessions Requirements: Minimum 1 year in trucking safety or compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management Excellent communication and coaching abilities Knowledge of ELD systems is advantageous Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Help us cultivate a safe and compliant trucking environment by guiding our drivers and enhancing overall safety practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
