Client Relationship Manager We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. In this role, youll manage a portfolio of business customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will design tailored telecommunications solutions that align with customer needs, including all our product & service portfolios, and help achieve revenue targets. What You'll Be Doing Meet and exceed annual sales quota requirements that include new business acquisition and base revenue retention. Responsible for growing and managing the business within a defined base of existing accounts. Responsible for sourcing and seeking out new business opportunities. Act as the single point of contact selling & servicing wireless business opportunities. Responsible for creating and generating customer pricing quotes, and quarterback internal business case reviews. Responsible for proactively maintaining accurate sales status in Salesforce, forecasting, account planning, and various administrative responsibilities. What You Bring A disciplined approach to sales and account management to ensure all key performance indicators are met. 3+ years of business sales experience, preferably in a telecommunications setting. Familiarity with CRM and tracking applications. Must have strong communication skills with business acumen to ensure business development conversations about client strategy, challenges, and strategic imperatives. Demonstrated knowledge of modern selling techniques and virtual account management skills and acumen. Passion to constantly learn and improve.
