In this role, you will support and lead the production of high-quality digital content, including live and hybrid webcasts, videos, podcasts, and digital events. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering broadcast-quality productions, supporting both live and post-production efforts, and maintaining a professional studio environment.**How Youll Make An Impact:** Lead and support live webcast production, video production, podcast production, and post-production activities Manage all facets of professional production including equipment setup, talent coordination, framing, lighting, audio capture, and troubleshooting Edit and publish webcast replays in a timely manner Expand video content for use on social media platforms Create animated and motion graphics content Collaborate across Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Product, HR, and other teams Contribute to new video, webcast, and hybrid event initiatives Manage and maintain studio equipment and setup**What We Are Looking For:** 5+ years of experience in video production, film, TV studio, podcasting, or equivalent freelance work Demo reel or video production samples Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and studio workflows Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience with webcast and video-conferencing platforms such as Zoom Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Two-year post-secondary program or equivalent work experience Prior freelance or full-time experience in a video production environment**Total Rewards That Reflect Your Impact:**We believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
