Job Description

Business Growth Strategist (12month contract) At CAA Club Group, you will develop and execute highimpact partnership strategies to acquire new group membership accounts and drive membership growth. What You Will Do: Identify target organizations and geographical areas for outreach. Research and understand organizational needs to tailor proposals aligned with their objectives and develop a strategic touchpoint plan. Execute a multitouch outreach plan (email, calls, LinkedIn, events) to generate and progress opportunities. Lead discovery and needs assessment with prospects; position program value and develop solution recommendations. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals; address objections and tailor offers within approved guidelines. Maintain and manage a forecast and sales plan; provide accurate pipeline updates and risk/mitigation actions. With the Product Manager, build and manage the full sales process, including SLAs, outreach, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Conduct cold calls to generate qualified group account leads. Collaborate with the Product Manager and membership Loyalty team to source and onboard partner opportunities for the group membership program. Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform and refine group growth strategies. Partner with the membership acquisition team to shape and execute marketing strategies in support of the group membership program. Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and evolve the group program growth strategy, grounded in data and insights. Compile and provide monthly performance summaries and insights to the Product Manager (progress vs. targets, risks, and next steps). Track activity against SLAs and internal handoffs; flag exceptions and recommend corrective actions. Support ad hoc reporting requests by pulling data, validating accuracy, and documenting assumptions. Who You Are: College diploma or University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional). Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope and level.
