Currently, they are looking for an experienced Property Accountant with prior exposure to either industrial, office, or retail properties. As part of the Head Office Finance team, you will provide full cycle accounting for a group of properties including monthly financials, CAM recoveries, and budgets. As well, you may be asked to assist with A/R and A/P and/or special projects as various needs arise within the organization.
