The individual will handle receptionist duties, manage incoming phone calls, assist customers with inquiries and reservations, and ensure superior customer service. The role requires effective communication with guests and team members to create a positive experience for all stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide a professional check-in and check-out experienceManage reservations, cancellations, and room assignmentsRespond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via emailAddress guest concerns or issues in a timely and solution-focused mannerProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readinessProvide information on property services, amenities, and local attractionsMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaQualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills with a calm and professional approachBasic computer skills; experience with reservation systems is an assetAvailability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred SkillsCustomer-focused with a positive and professional attitudeStrong attention to detailGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressureTeam-oriented and reliable
