Accelerate growth as Vice President of Worldwide Sales Strategy. Develop innovative sales frameworks, manage a large team, and enhance customer engagement worldwide. In this position, you will report to the COO and oversee global sales efforts aimed at achieving significant revenue goals. Your focus will be leading an internal team of over 100 sales professionals while implementing KPIs and optimizing the sales operation of acquired companies. You will also be responsible for customer retention strategies that support growth in a consolidating market. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales strategy formulation and tactical implementation Assess and restructure sales teams for high performance Develop and enhance sales processes across regions Grow existing customer relationships effectively Monitor market trends and pricing policies for competitiveness Requirements: 15+ years in sales leadership roles with substantial management experience 5 years in a senior executive capacity, preferably in technology Bachelor''s degree in Business or Technology; MBA preferred Extensive experience handling change management Strong leadership and willingness to travel Use your expertise to innovate and transform global sales strategies, driving measurable results and organizational success while managing a diverse and high-performing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
