Required Skills & ExperienceRepair Centre Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals. Perform quality checks to ensure repaired items meet the standards. Adhere to documented SOPs to comply with the ISO9001:2015 standards. Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with the repair team to identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.Deployment Centre: Assist in the process of order fulfillment. Perform final quality inspections before products are deployed. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product is available for a timely deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft office tools. Familiarity with ERPs systems.
