This role is focused purely on Workday Financials deployments, with opportunities to work on both US based and global Workday programmes.There truly couldnt be a better time to join, with a strong pipeline of Workday Financials projects across both Launch and Your Way delivery models.The RoleLead end to end Workday Financials deployments with a strong focus on Workday FDM (Foundational Data Model)Own full Workday project lifecycle across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go liveAct as a Workday Financials SME, advising clients on best practice and scalable Workday solutionsDeliver across multiple Workday projects including both Launch and Your Way implementationsProvide leadership to consultants while supporting the growth of the Workday Financials practiceKey ResponsibilitiesTranslate client requirements into Workday Financials and Workday FDM configurationsEngage senior stakeholders to present Workday solutions and influence design decisionsLead cross functional Workday design conversations including integrations, reporting, and upstream impactsSupport Workday pre sales cycles as a Financials SME across client engagementsContribute to internal Workday capability building, training, and knowledge sharingRequirements5 to 7+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience across enterprise clientsProven track record delivering multiple end to end Workday Financials implementationsStrong expertise across Workday Financials modules such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Expenses, ProjectsDeep understanding of Workday FDM and its impact across Financials architectureAbility to manage multiple Workday deployments simultaneously in a client facing environmentQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fieldWorkday Financials certification is a must for this roleWorkday FDM experience strongly preferredExperience configuring Workday Financials business processes and data structuresComfortable working in a consulting environment with flexible, minimal travel requirementsCompensation and BenefitsBase salary up to 185,000 USDBonus structure of 15 to 20 percentFlexible travel model with minimal on site requirementsOpportunity to work on both US and global Workday Financials programmesClear progression within a rapidly growing Workday Financials practice
