M3C est la recherche dun(e) Analyste Systmes ESG (ID688)pour effectuer un mandat de 12 mois avec possibilit de renouvellement pour un de nos clients dans le domaine industriel. Le travail est effectu 100 % distance, et des dplacements ponctuels pourraient tre requis.Contexte daffaires :Notre client souhaite intgrer un(e) Analyste Systmes ESG afin dassurer le soutien oprationnel quotidien et lamlioration continue des applications ESG utilises sur lensemble de ses sites. Le/la titulaire veillera la stabilit des oprations, la rsolution rapide des incidents, la gestion contrle des configurations et des accs, ainsi qu la qualit du reporting et au soutien des utilisateurs.Il/elle mnera galement de petites moyennes amliorations des modules ESG, coordonnera les activits de tests et les prparatifs de mise en production, et collaborera troitement avec les parties prenantes daffaires et les fournisseurs TI. Le rle inclut un soutien applicatif avanc (Tier 2), la gestion des escalades provenant du Tier 1, la restauration de service et lanalyse des causes sousjacentes en partenariat avec les quipes techniques internes et les fournisseurs Tier 3.Les responsabilits de lAnalyste Systmes ESG seront :Assurer le support quotidien (Tier 2) des applications ESG et collaborer avec lquipe Tier 1 pour la priorisation, la rsolution et le suivi des incidents via loutil ITSM;Coordonner les escalades avec les quipes techniques internes et les fournisseurs (Tier 3) pour les problmes complexes, les dfaillances et les incidents rcurrents;Maintenir la documentation oprationnelle (procdures, guides, articles de connaissance) afin dassurer un support cohrent et transfrable;Planifier, excuter et coordonner les activits de tests pour les nouvelles fonctionnalits, mises jour et changements de configuration;Piloter ou soutenir de petites amliorations et projets visant optimiser les modules ESG, les workflows et les capacits de reporting;Produire et maintenir des rapports, tableaux de bord et analyses via les plateformes ESG, SQL ou autres outils de reporting;Soutenir ladoption des changements (communications, formation, accompagnement) afin dassurer une transition fluide pour les utilisateurs.M3C is seeking an ESG Systems Analyst (ID688) for a 12month mandate with the possibility of renewal for one of our clients in the industrial sector. The work is performed 100% remotely, and occasional travel may be required.Business Context:Our client is looking to onboard an ESG Systems Analyst to provide daily operational support and continuous improvement for ESG applications used across all company sites. The incumbent will ensure stable operations, timely incident resolution, controlled configuration and access management, accurate reporting, and effective user support.They will also lead small to medium enhancements to ESG modules, coordinate testing activities and release readiness, and work closely with business stakeholders and IT vendors. The role includes advanced Tier 2 application support, managing escalations from Tier 1, coordinating service restoration, and performing analysis of underlying causes in partnership with internal technical teams and Tier 3 vendors.Responsibilities of the ESG Systems Analyst will include:Providing daily Tier 2 support for ESG applications and collaborating with the Tier 1 team to triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents through the ITSM platform;Coordinating escalations with internal technical teams and Tier 3 vendors for complex issues, system defects, outages, and recurring incidents;Maintaining operational documentation (procedures, job aids, knowledge articles) to ensure consistent and transferable support practices;Planning, executing, and coordinating testing activities for new features, configuration changes, and system upgrades;Leading or supporting small enhancements and improvement initiatives to optimize ESG modules, workflows, and reporting capabilities;Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data analyses using ESG platforms, SQL, or other reporting tools;Supporting change enablement activities (communications, training, user guidance) to ensure smooth adoption of system updates.Les exigences requises sont :5 ans dexprience en support applicatif, gestion dincidents ou gestion de services TI (ITSM);Solide comprhension des principes ITSM, notamment la gestion des incidents, des problmes et des changements;Exprience avec ServiceNow ou un outil ITSM quivalent (atout);Exprience dans le support dapplications dentreprise ou de plateformes ESG/EHS;Connaissances en architecture applicative, analyse de systmes, collecte de besoins, mthodologies de dveloppement, tests et formation utilisateurs;Disponibilit pour voyager selon les besoins des projets et des rgions assignes;Bilinguisme franais/anglais requis, lespagnol est considr comme un atout.Required Qualifications:5 years of experience in application support, incident management, or IT service management;Strong understanding of ITSM principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management;Experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM tool (asset);Experience supporting enterprise applications or ESG/EHS platforms;Knowledge of application architecture, systems analysis, requirements gathering, development methodologies, testing, and enduser training;Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems;Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams;Customerservice orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;Willingness to travel as required based on project needs;Bilingual in English and French required, Spanish considered an asset.
