Together, were building a better futureresponsibly, inclusively, and with purpose.Branch Roles: You will be part of our Mobilinx project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canadas most exciting infrastructure projects.About the JobWe are hiring a Training and Development Coordinator to step into a new role on our People and Culture team on the Mobilinx project. This position reports to the People and Culture Director.What You Will Be Doing?Assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for employees at all levelsFacilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtualParticipates in and leads the communication between the People & Culture team and other internal stakeholders on all Training mattersPartner with department managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programsDesign and create training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive learning toolsMaintain updated training records for all project employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulationsAssist in the creation of a positive learning culture by promoting and encouraging continuous development opportunities for employeesStay current with industry trends and developments, recommending updates and improvements to existing programs as necessaryWhat We Are Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP)Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development tools, and other platformsGood knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologiesProven track record of developing and managing successful training programsStrong project management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to analyze data and create actionable insightsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a training and development roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skills, including experience with virtual training platformsProven ability to design and implement successful training programsProficient in Microsoft Office Expected CompensationSuccessful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $60,000.00 CAD - $70,000.00 CAD.
