Working behind the scenes, you will help transform complex group benefits data into clear, decisionready insights that allow advisors to guide employers and employees with confidence.This is not a sales role and not clientfacing. Instead, you will be part of a modern, analyticsdriven team focused on improving how benefits are understood, communicated, and delivered across the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Key responsibilities include:Analyzing group benefits data, including claims trends, pricing drivers, plan design elements, underwriting factors, and renewal inputs (training provided);Identifying meaningful insights within complex datasets, moving beyond basic reporting to explanation and interpretation;Creating clear, structured summaries, comparisons, and visual outputs that communicate insights effectivelyDeveloping decisionready materials that emphasize clarity and avoid information overloadCollaborating closely with the Business Development team to refine inputs, validate assumptions, and improve analytical outputsApplying principles of information design, consistency, and repeatability to ensure analyses are scalable and reliableUsing modern analytical tools and AIassisted workflows, where appropriate, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insightContributing to the continuous improvement of templates, processes, and analytical approaches that support better decision-makingYour work directly contributes to improving how benefits data is understood and how people experience it. This role offers handson experience working with realworld data, business stakeholders, and modern analytical tools in a supportive learning environment.QUALIFICATIONS:This role is well suited for recent graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in turning data into meaningful insights. No prior insurance or benefits experience is required training will be provided. Required / Preferred Qualifications:Completed degree in: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, or a related applied data fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with structured datasets (academic or practical)Ability to identify key insights, organize findings, and communicate them clearlyHigh attention to detail, and appreciation for accuracy and consistencyComfort working with and following defined templates, standards, and repeatable analytical processesInterest in modern, technologydriven tools for analysis, automation, and presentation (including AI)Interest in using data to ask questions, understand trends, and support business decisions beyond standard reporting.Willingness to learn the group benefits and insurance industryCOMPENSATION:Commensurate with experience; $65,000 to $80,000We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you thrive; both at work and in life.
