Youll be:Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to support the rollout of a new sign-in and authentication system.Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to ensure alignment across program workstreams.Creating and executing effective communication plans tailored for diverse stakeholder groups.Integrating change management activities into detailed project plans and collaborating with key stakeholders.Designing and delivering training, coaching sessions, and resources to support adoption.Proactively identifying and managing resistance while tracking user adoption and overall engagement.Guiding leaders and providing executive updates on change progress and challenges.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in change management or complex project/program management.Have demonstrated success leading change for multifaceted transformation initiatives.Are highly knowledgeable in change management strategies, methodologies, and frameworks (such as Prosci or ADKAR).Excel at communication, influencing stakeholders, and navigating cross-functional environments.Preferred: Change management certification, experience in agile or enterprise-scale environments, background in technology implementations, and ability to coach senior leaders.What happens nextOnce you apply, youll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
