We are committed to meeting the unique logistical challenges of healthcare while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and innovation.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Driver Operations Coordinator to own the driver hiring pipeline and onboarding process, ensuring we always have enough high-quality drivers on the road.This is a high-impact role where your work directly affects whether our operations run smoothly every day.Driver Hiring & Pipeline ManagementManage incoming driver applications (Indeed, forms, referrals)Use internal tools (including AI) to screen and shortlist candidatesConduct quick screening calls (510 minutes)Schedule candidates for onboarding and trainingMaintain a consistent pipeline of drivers across regionsDriver Onboarding & TrainingGuide drivers through onboarding (apps, forms, setup)Run virtual onboarding sessions / mock deliveriesEnsure drivers are ready to go live quicklyTrack onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete stepsFleet Management & Quality ControlTrack active drivers, availability, and coverage by regionIdentify and flag underperforming or unreliable driversHelp remove or replace drivers who are not meeting standardsKeep driver records organized and up to dateDaily Operations Support (as needed)Help fill urgent driver gaps when neededCoordinate with operations team on driver availabilitySupport scheduling by ensuring supply is availableWhat Were Looking ForThis is NOT a traditional HR or recruiting role.We are looking for someone who is:Extremely organized and detail-orientedFast-moving and comfortable working in a dynamic environmentStrong communicator (calls, messaging, coordination)Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, forms, and internal systemsProblem solver who can think on their feetWilling to do repetitive work efficiently and improve it over timeIdeal Background (but not required)We always have enough drivers in each regionNew drivers are onboarded quickly and smoothlyHiring pipeline is always active and organizedPoor-performing drivers are identified and removed earlyOperations team can rely on you for consistent driver supplyWhat Success Looks LikeWe always have enough drivers in each regionNew drivers are onboarded quickly and smoothlyHiring pipeline is always active and organizedPoor-performing drivers are identified and removed earlyOperations team can rely on you for consistent driver supplyWhy This Role MattersAt Script Runner, operations only work if we have the right drivers in the right place at the right time.Your role directly impacts whether deliveries are completed and customers are satisfied.Compensation$40,000 $55,000 (depending on experience)High growth opportunity within operations
