Onboarding Specialist HoneyBadger AI Vancouver, BC SummaryHoneyBadger AI is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients successfully adopt and derive value from HoneyBadger AIs voice agent, Alice. This role is critical in delivering a seamless onboarding experiencefrom initial signup through activation, system configuration and data refinement, and client retention.You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize onboarding flows, reduce friction, and improve activation metrics. You will be part of a fast-moving product studio, building and scaling cutting-edge AI and SaaS solutions. In this role, youll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on product growth and user experience, while helping shape and refine the onboarding strategy from the ground up.This role is fully onsite, located at our downtown Vancouver office.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide new clients through onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition from signup to active product useDeliver onboarding sessions (1:1 or group demos) to educate clients and drive early confidenceUnderstand client goals and tailor onboarding to support their specific use casesDevelop and maintain onboarding resources (guides, videos, FAQs) to support scalable, self-serve experiencesReview and analyze end-user call recordings to identify trends, uncover areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance call quality, performance, and overall user experienceContinuously improve knowledge base and help centre contentGather user feedback and share actionable insights with the development teamIdentify onboarding friction points and recommend improvements to processes and product experienceSupport and participate in A/B testing and onboarding experiments to optimize performanceProactively engage clients showing signs of drop-off to remove blockers and improve adoptionSkills & Qualifications13+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Support (preferably SaaS)Completion of a bachelors degree or higherStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working with SaaS platforms (Box, Salesforce, Slack, etc.), and AI toolsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret user behaviour and metricsExperience collaborating and working cross functionally with multiple teamsCreativity, initiative, curiosity, and resilienceProblem solving skills, high attention to detail and a growth mindsetProficiency in the MS Office suite and SalesforceTeam player with a can-do attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skills in English; other additional languages are an assetWhat We Have to OfferCompetitive salary and potential for discretionary bonuses;Competitive benefits package including Medical & Dental coverage;Benefits including: weekly catered lunches, health & wellness perks, fun team events, and daily healthy snacks.How to ApplyPlease apply directly through LinkedIn.
