Job Title

Engage in hands-on learning as an Engineering Intern in Power Distribution. Drive support for design tasks and project coordination while benefiting from a hybrid work model. This role is ideal for those enrolled in electrical engineering programs. You will assist project teams in various engineering tasks, from conceptual design to construction phases. Expect involvement in creating design documentation and visual models for power distribution line projects. Key Responsibilities: Support design and engineering services for distribution lines Draft documents adhering to industry codes Analyze distribution structures using SPIDAcal Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Implement sustainable design practices throughout projects Requirements: Enrolled in an electrical engineering or technology program Eligible for an 8-month work term from May 2026 Exposure to AutoCAD or MicroStation preferred Understanding of Canadian Standards Association requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Embark on a rewarding path in engineering while expanding your knowledge in power distribution and design practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
