Key areas include team effectiveness, succession planning, continuous understanding strategy, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Furthermore, the Manager will support deployment of Talent/HR initiatives. What youll be doing:Support the organizations objective of creating an exceptional employee experience that enables the company to engage with the talent needed to transform and grow the business.Actively promote the assimilation of organizational effectiveness competencies with HR Business Partners through education, partnership, and consultation.Leverage diagnostic tools such as employee surveys, performance management and talent review and develop additional methodologies to support effective organizational decision making related to Human Resources.Facilitate, support and consult on endeavors to embed the cultural values in the company and the creation of a unique organizational culture that gives a sustainable competitive advantage.Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of technologies that support talent processes.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):In partnership with the DEI Council, establish organizational DEI goals, strategies and objectives, and develop and communicate plans to meet established goals.Support the DEI Council and ERGs in the creation and promotion of events, materials or educational programs on DEI.Partner across the organization to enact DEI strategies and plans.Assess internal and external diversity trends and legal developments impacting policy.Perform other duties as specified to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. Knowledge, skills and experience:College diploma from a recognized institution in a field related to business, HR Management or a related area of study5+ years professional experience in Organizational EffectivenessThe knowledge of strategic planning, change management and organization development methodologiesA strategic thinker who has expert knowledge of HR/OE trends and practices.Capacity to think systemically and understand and navigate large scale systemsExperience in dealing with and influencing senior executivesStrong client management and business development skillsExcellent oral and written communications skillsExcellent project/program management and consulting skillsAt Rexall, we are better together.
