We provide full-service real estate support for our agents and clients and have built a strong in-house marketing and production team that delivers fast, high-quality service every day.Join Our Team:Were hiring a Full-Time Production & Graphic Designer to manage our in-house marketing print production and support graphic design needs. This is a hands-on, service-focused role requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentwhere accuracy, speed, and exceptional customer service are key. Youll be the go-to person for in-house printing, material preparation, and light design work, while also acting as a frontline support contact for our agents and staff. A keen attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are essential for success.Key Responsibilities Production First:Operate and maintain high-volume Xerox print equipment (training available)Manage the end-to-end print production process (printing, trimming, folding, assembly)Prepare and quality-check print-ready filesTrack and manage inventory of printing materials and suppliesEnsure fast turnaround for daily marketing materials and custom ordersTroubleshoot printer issues and coordinate service when neededPackage and distribute printed materials for agents across office locationsLiaise with external printers for overflow jobs and specialty itemsSecondary Responsibilities Design Support:Use and adapt existing templates for postcards, brochures, flyers, etc.Resize and adjust artwork, photos, and layouts as needed for printLight graphic design support for digital and social media campaignsAssist with maintaining brand consistency across all agent and corporate materialsSupport content updates on the corporate website (WordPress experience a plus)What Were Looking For:Highly organized production professional with an eye for detailComfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple prioritiesStrong communicator who can work with internal clients (agents and staff)Customer-service oriented with a get-it-done attitudeA problem-solver who takes initiative and owns their workflowQualifications:Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign is essential)Familiarity with Xerox or other commercial print equipment (or willingness to learn)Strong understanding of print production processes and file setupBasic experience in digital design and layoutExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Experience with WordPress or video editing is a plus, but not requiredWork Schedule & Environment:Full-time in office at 103 Vanderhoof Avenue (Leaside area), with possibility of remote work on occasionFull-Time: Salaried position with health benefits, Salary Range 50-55KTeam Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, and agent-focused
