Role Description The Head Swim Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. Responsibilities include planning and delivering high-quality swim instruction, designing tailored swim lessons, overseeing training schedules, and leading aquatic programming. The coach will mentor swimmers, ensure pool safety, and foster a positive and motivating team culture while coordinating with staff and parents to achieve student success in and out of the water. Qualifications Expertise in Swim Instruction and facilitating Swim LessonsProficiency in Swimming techniques and training programsExperience in Lifeguarding and Aquatics with a strong focus on safetyStrong communication, leadership, and team-management skillsRelevant certifications, such as National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications, are highly desirableExperience in competitive coaching is an assetA passion for coaching and developing athletes of all age groups
