The Opportunity You will help ensure Moneris' technology investments translate into real, measurable improvements in how employees work, focusing on technology, people, and change. The role involves independently owning adoption and enablement initiatives that help employees embrace modern workplace tools, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft365, Copilot, VivaEngage, and emerging technologies. Location You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing inoffice collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship You will report to the Senior Manager, Enduser Services. Posting Type Replacement Salary Range The expected base salary range for this role is $79,000 - $102,000. Total Compensation Variable or discretionary incentive components may also be included, such as bonuses and commissions.
