Provide front-line technical support to users, handling daily tasks, resolving issues, and creating and maintaining technical documentation. Manage user operational tasks, respond to support inquiries, document issues, and coordinate problem resolution. Contribute to product and service improvement by providing feedback, testing new releases, and researching industry trends. Fulfill additional duties as agreed upon. The Candidate Must-have qualifications 3+ years related experience in Information Technology 3+ years related experience in application support and/or system administration Postsecondary education in Computer Systems Technology or related fields Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and networking fundamentals Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Teamwork and collaboration Attention to detail and multi-tasking Good communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have experience Experience with HIS/RIS interfaces, HL7 interfaces, DICOM Experience with technical ticketing systems Experience with cybersecurity fundamentals Experience with Linux, server setup and maintenance Familiarity with cloud platforms, e.g., Google, AWS, Azure Accuracy: The understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
