Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing product backlogs, collaborating with Product Owners, and producing performance reports for upper management.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Agile tools and methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach Agile teams on Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.Create and maintain burndown and burnup charts to track team progress.Collaborate with application teams to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals.Produce reports and updates for upper management on team performance and project status.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple Agile teams.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure DevOps for Agile project management.Familiarity with enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives.Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
