As a Digital Project Coordinator, youll energize the project lifecycle, ensure milestones stay on track, and help deliver polished, highimpact digital experiences. Role Description: Reporting to the Directory of Project Delivery, the Digital Project Coordinator will act asaliaison between Sandbox and clients on their digital project(s)(websites, web applications and/or mobile Apps).He/she will be responsible for preparing documentation, communicating with the client as required, and ensuring project timelines and milestones are met. They will also ensure the client iswell-educated and informed throughout the project lifecycle, from project kick-off and requirements gathering through to testing, deployment and training. The Digital Project Coordinator works closely with their team members on the Service team to achieve deadlines and identify risks to the project. Reports to: Project Delivery Manager Works with: Software and Web Developers (of varying capability levels); Accessibility Coordinator; Quality Assurance Coordinator; Support, Infrastructure, Security Manager; Tier 3 Support, Security and Infrastructure Specialist, Business Analyst, UX Designer, Web Designer Work Hours: full-time, 37.5 hours Location: Hybrid remote and at our Guelph location Expected Capabilities: Support with discovery phase of a project, including execution of discovery sessions with the oversight of Director of Project DeliveryDevelop and maintain project documentation and support with the management of other supporting documents such as content control workbookIssue the solution overview and present to the client with oversight of the Director of Project DeliveryIssue meeting invitations, agendas and minutes. Facilitate/lead meetings with the clientInform clients and provide education of the project lifecycle through information status updates, communicating through the Sandbox Software Project Management tool and touchpoints with the Director of Project DeliveryComplete content entry for websites (including content changes and QA fixes)Coordinate and complete training with the support of Quality Assurance and Accessibility CoordinatorManage the change request process with the clientManage the timing of Project Kick Off and Requirements Gathering ActivitiesSet up and maintain a project within the Sandbox Software Project Management tool as well as OneDriveTrack and record time for all tasks and meetings in the Sandbox Software Project Management ToolAssist and ensure completion of quality checks from an end user perspectiveSchedule deploy and ensure deploy agreement is completeResponsible for the completion of content entry #J-18808-Ljbffr
