Program Manager Regina Fulltime, 40 hours per week, working daytime hours, includes quarterly weekend oncall. A valid Sask. Full Class 5 Drivers Licence is required. The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of one or more Karis Disability Services locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing peoples gifts, recognizing selfdetermination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each persons intrinsic value. They implement organizational policy and establish an environment for supported individuals and employees in keeping with Karis Disability Services values, vision, and mission. The Program Manager is required to assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people who use services, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. Requirements Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check Valid Sask.
