Construction Project Manager with experience in environmental remediation specifically to petroleum tank removal is required for a highly recognized and respected corporation. Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a numerous construction projects involving petroleum, commercial and industrial operations for their Environmental Remediation Division. This position requires a 'hands-on' leader with strong organizational skills who has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of TSSA regulations and Ontario Regulation 406 (On-Site and Excess Soil Management) is highly valued. The successful candidate will also bring P&L management experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while supporting overall business performance. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of project management experience in concrete, aggregate, gravel, or construction industries. Consultant experience is an asset. Knowledge of TSSA regulations and Ontario Regulation 406. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Power BI an asset). Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliver successful projects. Familiarity with Ontario construction regulations and safety standards.
