Overview Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative Role: Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at MCI. Remote Work-at-Home | Canada. Full-Time. Hourly. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
