The Management Policy Support role provides critical project, governance, and analytical support to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Policy Squad within the Cyber Security organization. This position plays a key role in policy workstream planning, governance operations, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, experience in financial services, and the ability to support global governance programs with accuracy and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide project support for the IAM Policy team, including Jira management for policy planning, tracking, and change managementManage the IAM cyber controls tool certification program and support its transition from project mode to business-as-usual operationsCoordinate with certification leaders across the IAM organization to ensure timely and accurate completion of certification activitiesSupport the revamp of IAM security blueprints, including content development and communication supportPerform analysis and develop materials to support IAM policy reviews, governance decisions, and program initiativesManage governance administration activities, including Jira boards, Jive sites, and Microsoft Teams channelsProduce policy program documentation, governance materials, and presentation contentPrepare and distribute materials for policy governance committees and program meetingsRecord and publish meeting minutes for governance and program forumsCommunicate effectively with global IAM policy and governance stakeholdersRequired Skills10+ years of Business Analysis and/or Technology Analysis experienceStrong experience supporting governance, policy, or compliance programsHandson experience using Jira for workstream planning, tracking, and reportingStrong data analysis skills to support policy and governance decisionmakingExperience preparing executivelevel governance materials and documentationProven ability to manage collaboration tools such as Jira, Jive, Microsoft Teams, and ZoomExcellent written and verbal communication skills in business EnglishHigh attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy in support functionsAbility to operate effectively in a global, distributed team environmentPreferred SkillsFinancial services or financial industry experiencePrior experience supporting cyber security, IAM, or risk/governance functionsExperience transitioning initiatives from project delivery to businessasusual operationsEducationBachelors degree or higher in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Technology, Information Systems, Analytics, or related discipline) #J-18808-Ljbffr
