This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on leader who can manage projects end-to-end, make confident decisions, and elevate the performance of those around them. You will play a key role in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial construction environment where results, accountability, and ownership matter.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial and multi-residential construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, including renovations, tenant improvements, and new buildsOwn project budgets, schedules, quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfactionParticipate in pre-construction estimating, scope development, and planningDevelop, manage, and track critical paths to deliver projects on aggressive timelinesDirectly manage and mentor Project Coordinators, ensuring accountability and performanceSelect, onboard, and manage subcontractors and trades, including performance evaluationMaintain strong, proactive communication with clients, investors, consultants, and internal stakeholdersMake informed, independent decisions to keep projects moving without reliance on constant oversightWork closely with the safety function to ensure all projects meet safety and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate project documentation, forecasting, invoicing, and reportingRequired Experience and QualificationsSignificant experience managing commercial and multi-residential construction projectsStrong understanding of critical path methodology and construction sequencingProven ability to manage multiple projects valued from several hundred thousand dollars up to approximately one million dollarsDemonstrated leadership experience managing Project Coordinators or similar rolesComfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced construction environmentStrong technical understanding of construction processes, means, and methodsExcellent communication skills with the confidence to lead clients, trades, and internal teamsHighly organized, decisive, and solutions-orientedIdeal Candidate ProfileA senior-level Project Manager who can step in and contribute immediatelyA leader who raises the performance of their team and holds others accountableResults-driven with a strong work ethic and sense of ownershipComfortable making decisions and driving outcomes without constant directionThrives in a growth-oriented company where everyone is expected to pull their weightFocused on delivering quality work efficiently, not just managing paperworkCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
