Base pay range CA$90.00/hr - CA$125.00/hr Senior Cityworks Consultant (Fit-Gap Assessment) This role can be remote across Canada, with some flexibility on hours needed, but some Pacific time meetings will be necessary. Our municipal client is conducting a strategic review of their Cityworks Asset Management Solution (AMS/PLL) and is seeking a senior consultant to lead a comprehensive fit-gap assessment of the current implementation. This role will act as the primary lead, evaluating business alignment, system effectiveness, and integration with Esri ArcGIS, while providing clear recommendations for future state optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong Cityworks handson experience, seniorlevel business analysis, and light projectcoordination skills. Key Responsibilities Lead a structured fit-gap review of Cityworks AMS/PLL, including configuration, workflows, and GIS integrations Assess alignment between Cityworks, business processes, and municipal service delivery goals Review system architecture, data models, and integrations with Esri ArcGIS and related enterprise systems Facilitate workshops and interviews with IT, GIS, and business stakeholders Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across people, process, and technology Produce clear documentation, executiveready summaries, and practical recommendations Support development of a remediation and optimization roadmap Requirements Senior experience as a Cityworks Consultant or Business Analyst in municipal environments Strong handson knowledge of Cityworks AMS and PLL Solid understanding of CityworksEsri ArcGIS integration and configuration best practices Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills Seniority level MidSenior level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Government Administration Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TEEMA by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
