SEASONAL DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL The Seasonal Direct Support Professional assists with activities of daily living and promotes the implementation of personcentered plans. They work in cooperation with their work team and complete administrative duties as assigned. They seek to promote Karis Disability Services Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, celebrating peoples gifts, recognizing selfdetermination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each persons intrinsic value.
