Our work spans industrial, commercial, institutional, and healthcare sectors with a strong and growing focus on Long-Term Care (LTC) and retirement living environments.We are a collaborative, people-first organization that values accountability, quality, and strong leadership.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with direct Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Retirement Home construction experience to lead projects from pre-construction through to closeout. This is a key role requiring someone who understands the unique complexities, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder environments associated with LTC and senior living projects. Please note: Only candidates with proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle LTC or retirement residence project will be considered.What Youll Be Responsible ForLead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to turnoverManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performanceCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee procurement, tendering, and subcontractor managementMonitor financial performance including cost control, forecasting, and change managementEnsure compliance with Ontario Building Code, LTC/healthcare standards, and regulatory requirementsPartner closely with Site Superintendents to drive safe, efficient execution on siteProactively identify risks and implement solutionsMaintain strong client relationships and clear communication throughout the projectWhat Were Looking For510+ years of Project Management experience in constructionMUST HAVE: Direct experience delivering LTC and/or Retirement Home projectsStrong understanding of Ontario Building Code and healthcare/LTC regulationsProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsSolid financial and contractual management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is an assetCompensationStarting salary from $130,000+, based on experienceComprehensive benefits packagePerformance-based bonus opportunityWhy Join TraugottWork on high-impact projects that directly support communitiesBe part of a supportive and experienced leadership teamOpportunity for long-term growth and stability within a respected organization
